We hired Brendan to paint our condominium. The reason? When he made his initial visit to size the job, he saw everything that needed to be fixed without us saying a word, many things we didn’t even know we had until he shined his flashlight on a spot and we wondered, “how long has THAT crack been there?” From that visit we knew this is a professional who takes pride in his work and in his attention to detail.

What we really appreciated the most with Brendan is if we saw something that wasn’t absolutely perfect, and I mean perfect, he quickly picked up a brush or roller and addressed it. In fact, our condo had several difficult areas due to past shoddy work that required more work than his initial visit revealed, all of which he addressed without additional cost. This included: the application of a special shellac spray and extra coat of paint to a stubborn dry wall seam in the kitchen ceiling that was replaced a couple of years ago; a giant gap in the window of our Juliet balcony door that we never saw because it was covered by a curtain; and the removal of badly applied silicon caulking used by a prior contractor during a kitchen remodel. Brendan fixed 20 years of neglect and mistakes, making our condo better than it was when new!
